Payments
All AIOR Journals are processed upon submission for review. Upon completion (including any revisions if necessary), authors are obliged to complete the Publication Fee of USD 175.00, paid through PayPal. PayPal enables users (holders of major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) to make fast, secure payments. Authors will be sent a Unique PayPal invoice after review has been completed.

N.B: Articles accepted may be subjected to extensive English revisions. Please note that extensive English editing is not included in the publication fee (only basic proofreading is included). In that scenario, we propose that you have your manuscript checked by a colleague fluent in English writing or use a paid editing service. We also offer paid editing services at a fixed fee of USD 75 per article.


Print Version
The article publication fee does not entitle authors to receive reprints of their published articles. After the publication date of an issue, authors can download the full issue and use local printers. Starting in 2022, we no longer accept orders for hard copies.


Process of Submission

1. Submitted manuscripts will be acknowledged once authors submit their manuscripts through the online submission form. We will provide you with an identification number to use in all correspondence with the AIOR.
2. The manuscript will be forwarded to the reviewer (from the Editorial Board or an assigned independent academic) to be reviewed.
3. If the manuscript is accepted, we will send you a PayPal invoice to complete the publication fee payment. If the manuscript is accepted with revision, the authors are obliged to make the necessary revisions. Upon completion of that process, we will send you a PayPal invoice to complete the publication fee payment. If the manuscript is rejected, we are open for submission at any time, and thus, you are encouraged to submit your manuscripts.
4. The manuscript will be processed for online publication after proofreading. We will assign the DOI number and submit your manuscript to our partnering indexing companies.


Refund Policy

AIOR Journal's refund policy is listed below:
1. Full refund: The online version of the accepted manuscripts is not published
2. No refund: The online version of the accepted manuscripts has been published
